CRT Laboratories achieved ISO 9002 registration for its quality system from Underwriters Laboratories in April 1996, further enhancing our commitment to quality for our clients. In addition, CRT Laboratories was one of three to be compliant with ISO 9002 quality system requirement

CRT Laboratories quality system is certified to ISO-IEC 17025 Guide 25 requirements for laboratories in addition to a recent upgrade to ISO 9001:2000.

CRT is listed with UL (File # A3135) under the following scope of registration: "The provision of Mechanical, Chemical, and Physical testing of Thermoplastic Resins, Finished Products, and Plumbing Fixtures."

Under the combined ISO 9001:2000 / ISO-IEC 17025 certification from Underwriters Laboratories (UL), any problems with an instrument are identified and solved quickly. All data is re-verified before reported. The record-keeping requirements allow us to track an instrument's history and identify status at any time.

In addition to the ISO 9001:2000 / ISO-IEC 17025 certification, CRT Laboratories is a listed laboratory with the International Association, Plumbing & Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), and NSF. CRT Laboratories offers the best laboratory services available to IAPMO listees for obtaining and maintaining product listings. Our quick response times, and extensive knowledge of IAPMO requirements minimize the delay to get your products approved and on the market.

In order to continue to enhance the quality and depth of services offered, CRT Laboratories is pursuing additional accreditations with several agencies, including the Geosynthetic Accreditation Institute (GAI) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

In addition to our accreditations, CRT Laboratories maintains memberships with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC), the Industrial Fabrics Association, International (IFAI), and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) among others. CRT resides on several ASTM technical committees for plastics testing standards; this increases our understanding of the testing performed and further improves the accuracy of test results.
