Quality Systems: Since January 1995, CRT Laboratories has been certified (certificate of registration) to ISO 9002 (un-controlled copy of ISO manual) through Underwriters Laboratories (UL). CRT Laboratories is certified to ISO 17025 (certificate of registration insert) from the International Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). Our primary focus is on consistently improving our customer service, capabilities and pricing. President, Ken Le Jeune is a certified "Quality" auditor through Excel Partnership. General Manager/Quality Director, Tom Parsons has been a quality auditor for over 25 years conducting audits with many agencies including: A2LA, NAPLAP, PRI/NADCAP, IAPMO, City of LA, UL. In addition to many other many other governing bodies, CRT Laboratories is certified with the City of Los Angeles (certificate of registration insert)..

Turn Around: CRT Laboratories is consistently finding better ways to efficiently meet customer deadlines. As a result of holding regularly- scheduled staff meetings with project updates, we continue to develop enhanced document control and reporting systems. All staff members are responsible for consistently monitoring a project's lead-time. Currently, CRT is developing a way to provide online progress reports for all testing.

Cost Efficiency & Programs:Because of our extensive knowledge of polymer testing and formulation, and production capabilities (injection molding, blow molding, toll compounding, single/ twin screw extrusion) our staff is fully capable of solving any plastics-related problem or concern. Our experience begins from the time the virgin polymer is produced to the time the end-user receives it. This ensures every client that they can fully depend on CRT Laboratories to solve any problem. Custom programs are tailored to each client's needs and budget.
